“I purchased windows in January 2024. Paid in full for them by June 2024. 10 of the 16 windows I purchased were installed in May. I have been waiting since then for the remainder of the windows to be installed. They are difficult to contact, and once I did reach the regional operations manager, I have only gotten excuses and no results. I was most recently told the windows would be installed on December 9, 2024. That did not happen.

“Champion failed to replace a broken patio window on a patio enclosure they had installed. They sent a representative out and he stated that he did not know how to replace the broken glass. I had the original paperwork for the enclosure from them including the guarantee. We made follow up phone calls to Champion with no results. I ended up taking the window out myself and getting it repaired.”
